When we went to India, quite often we had to do the obligatory tours, which when you travel a lot can be a bit boring on the umpteenth carpet factory. However in Jaipur we went to a fabric printing factory where they hand block the fabrics. What a skill and when shown the difference between machine printed and hand blocked - WOW!
